1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, accessing, or playing Soar Beyond ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or play the Game.
2. LICENSE
OroTek LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Game.
3. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Game
- Distribute, sell, resell, or sublicense the Game or any component thereof
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from OroTek LLC
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Game
- Exploit bugs or glitches in a manner that disrupts other players or the Game
4. IN-GAME PURCHASES
The Game may offer optional in-game purchases. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law. OroTek LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Game — including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, software code, and design — is the property of OroTek LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OROTEK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
OroTek LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through an in-game notification requiring re-acceptance.
